東南植物樂園有水上樂園和植物園兩個設施。
- 水上樂園有瞭望之丘、露兜樹驛站、體恤湖、岩石花園、動物互動廣場、山羊島等與動物互動的廣場和湖泊。
- 植物園有香草＆果樹園和油棕櫚林蔭道，可以欣賞沖繩特有的植物。
